Terrence Smalls is the founder and CEO of TSmalls Solutions, a real estate investment and advisory firm focused on creating positive economic and social impact in built environments around the globe. Confident that profit and purpose can co-exist, Terrence encourages all businesses to embrace a triple bottom line framework that prioritizes people and planet, as much as profits. Prior to establishing a career in real estate, Terrence led business development for multiple technology startups after beginning his career as a personal assistant in the entertainment industry. Terrence is a graduate of Morehouse College, London School of Economics' Negotiations Program, and University of Southern California's Ross Program In Real Estate. He has also participated in startup accelerator programs such as TechStars, SAP.io, and Elemental Excelerator.
