Susie Criscimagna

Susie Criscimagna is Vice President of Real Estate Development at Eden Housing, one the largest non-profit affordable housing developers in California. Susie leads a team that originates, coordinates, and implements all aspects of affordable housing development. She and her team identify new opportunities, secure public and private financing, obtain entitlements and environmental approvals, and oversee design, construction, and lease-up for projects including new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, portfolio syndication, and joint ventures with other developers.

Prior to her career in affordable housing development, she worked at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. There, she conducted research on the national housing market, focusing on affordable housing, rental markets, green building and mortgage markets. Susie holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
