Jovan Sheshbaradaran

Jovan Sheshbaradaran is a Graduate Student Fellow at the Housing Lab focusing on ventures that are pioneering innovative real estate development models. Jovan is pursuing his Master of City Planning at UC Berkeley, with an emphasis on affordable housing finance and equitable community development. He previously worked at Berkadia, a commercial real estate firm, helping broker deals between developers and HUD, as well as the National Housing Trust where he conducted ADU research. He holds a BS in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.
