Antonia Soler reshapes the built environment by investing in the construction technology startups that are changing how we build. As Head of Hilti Venture, Antonia plays a leading role in the company’s investment process from identifying promising innovators to due diligence to helping the portfolio companies succeed.
As a co-founder of Women in Construction Tech, Antonia is not only disrupting the “how” of the construction industry, but the “who” as well. WCT connects founders, investors, and technology adopters by hosting a community of hundreds of women and allies in the space, producing women-centered programming at leading conferences such as Builtworlds and Blueprint, and offering networking opportunities through its chapters in Latin America, Europe, and North America.
Antonia speaks regularly about Construction Technology at industry events, guest lectures at leading universities such as UC Berkeley, Stanford, and USC, and has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Mavericks in Construction Technology.
Prior to working at Hilti Venture, Antonia worked at Hilti for a decade in sales leadership, product management, and supply management in Central Europe, Brazil, and the U.S. She holds three engineering degrees and completed the VC Unlocked program at Stanford University. She is originally from Barcelona.
