Nominations Open: The 2025 Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability

Our friends at Ivory Innovations are seeking nominations for the 2025 Ivory Prize! The Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability is an annual award recognizing ambitious, feasible, and scalable solutions to housing affordability. Past winners have include innovators across finance, policy, regulatory reform, construction and design. Innovators include small and large scale companies, nonprofits, or government entities. Anyone may nominate an organization making an impact in housing affordability, and self-nominations are encouraged.

Recipients are awarded up to $300,000 across three winners, in addition to consulting support and and other benefits.

Previous years' winners and finalists include past and present Housing Venture Lab cohort members (Blackstar Stability, Esusu, ROC USA, and Pronto, to name a few).
